Simple Garlic kulambu
After sauting mustard and fenugreek seeds in two spoonful of gingelly oil, add cut onion and garlic and after 2-3 minutes, add cut brinjals and add tomoto puree, kulambu powder, salt etc and boil. If required after 8-10 minutes of boiling, add rice flour+water for thickening.
